Carreg is the Welsh word for stone or rock and our approach is to be the rock in any relationship with you.

Carreg Coaching is based in the seaside town of Borth, near Aberystwyth in West Wales, and we provide our services online across Wales and the UK.

Gary Reed is director and an EMCC Accredited Coach at Senior Practitioner level. 

Carreg Coaching is also the home of ©The Leadership Tree, a concept designed to support leadership coachees and programme participants on their leadership journeys by developing the qualities, skills and insight needed for leadership in the 2020s. You can watch an introductory video about it here

Leadership Coaching

Gary is a qualified and accredited Leadership Coach offering online Zoom coaching sessions. His coaching style responds to the needs of the coachee in each session. He specialises in Higher Education but coaches people from all industry sectors. Gary has a particular interest is supporting coachees with imposter syndrome, improving confidence, building resilience, leadership and strategy.
